"My experience so far at this state farm office has been horrid. I was in an auto accident at the fault of one of Jake's clients last fall, and have yet to hear about anything regarding the accident other than a claim number. I have left multiple voice-mail but have yet to hear from any agent. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let ne leave zero."
